| To accomplish these goals and objectives, several key-personnel will have to be involved in coordination at various levels, viz.: |

| Global Level |
| The Public Health and Development Committee has to coordinate the efforts and appoint an appropriate coordinator to coordinate the efforts on behalf of the committee. |

| Regional Level |
| Regional structures such as AFCO, ECOO, etc, should appoint a Vision 2020 regional coordinator from among the executive members. This coordinator will liaise with the country reps and ensure that three-monthly reports are received from each of the countries outlining their activities and progress, if any. |

| National Level |
| The VISION 2020 National Liaison to WCO is responsible for the communication and reporting activities to the WCO VISION 2020 Regional Coordinator. |
